PROJECT:Integrated branding, marketing online and offline campaign for this Luxury Rentals project.
CHALLENGE: Introduce the very first residential rental project by Yoo by Philippe Starck to the New York market in an interesting way.
APPROACH: Understanding that the rental market is driven by a key experiential effort, BridgerConway worked very closely with the Yoo team, and Citi Habitats Marketing Group to create a unique leasing space. Clever designs and engaging projects, BridgerConway made best use of the space including painting the expansive stairwell with graphics and phrases, designing graphics for a hoist that scales the outside of the building, animating a 19 foot x 7 foot video to describe the amenities spaces and creating a large scale floor map to bring the neighborhood to life. RESULTS: The sales center made a key impression on all the potential tenants and functioned as a crucial tool for the sales team.
