PROJECT: Maison Residence Collection Integrated Marketing efforts.
CHALLENGE: A prestigious boutique residence offering sanctuary in the heart of new Dubai. At Maison Residence Collection, elegance fuses with innovation to offer you the quintessential sanctuary. Here, the future acknowledges the ancient in a tranquil, natural setting. Expect a salubrious life at Maison Residence Collection, where natural materials and ergonomic design encourages a sense of well being.
APPROACH: BridgerConway with its partner The Council developed the brand identity and the complete marketing communication including brochures, invites, posters, pull-ups, photo-shoot, photo realistic rendering and exterior signage, and the website of the project.
RESULTS: The brand communication and ad campaign generated a very strong brand perception for Maison Brand. The audience believed this was an internationally established brand, where in reality it was a brand new developer. The branding created matched global heavyweights in the very high-end luxury segment like Armani Residences, Palazzo Versace, Trump Hotel and Residences in Palm. Sales where 52% in the first 2 months. Unfortunately this was followed by a lull due to crash of the real estate market on a global scale.
