Client: Bronfman Haymes Development PROJECT Onyx Chelsea Development of Integrated Marketing Plan CHALLENGE Our client, Bronfman Haymes Development, bought a parcel at 28th and 8th in Manhattan and this was their most high end project. At that time, the architect of record was FX Fowle, a super prestigious Architecture Firm in Manhattan who designed the New York Times Building and the Conde Nast Buildings. The challenge was to sculpt a marketing strategy and a positioning for this modern project. The building had several amenities which had to be explained in detail on the materials. The sales team was CORE group marketing and sales. APPROACH Working together with the Developer and the sales team we came up with a Marketing Strategy and Timeline for a 1 year marketing effort. BridgerConway developed the naming with the client and the branding in the beginning. We also worked in combinaion with the Architects on all the visuals, 3d Renderings. BC placed with Core Group 500k in Print Media and 100k in Online Media. The digital efforts were done also in combination with the printed material launch. We also worked on the sales center graphic layout. RESULTS The project was a success in sales. The developer reached $1400 per SQ. FT. in some of the top units. The building was sold out within one year. The sales center had been opened for 1 year when sales were finished. Today we are working with Bronfman Haymes with their Corporate Website and Marketing efforts.
