PROJECT: Rebranding, Online and Mobile
CHALLENGE: Modernize and increase the visibility of the existing brand; and create awareness for the rental activity of the group.
APPROACH: Having worked with the Moinian Group on some of their main real estate development campaigns, BridgerConway had an understanding of the brand culture and vision. A modern and edgy website was designed to support a unique experience, while facilitating navigation wit a complete re-organization of the content throughout. The creation of the Moinian Rentals collection brochure and advertising campaign brought consistency and strength to the activity of the group. RESULTS: A new brand identity, website, brochure and up-coming collateral pieces have increased brand exposure and are establishing The Moinian Group as a modern brand, leader in New York City real estate development.
