The Clarendon
The Clarendon embodies the confidence and artistic achievement evident in the magnificent Boston skyline. In this project, Back Bay's contemporary and traditional essence unite, while a distinct blend of warm brick and modern glass with steel accents surround gracious and comforting interiors. World-renowned architect, Robert A.M. Stern has created Boston's newest icon of distinguished elegance.
The Clarendon was registered with the US Green Building Council with anticipated LEED Silver Certification, the benchmark for high-performance green building, which encompasses energy efficiency, sustainable building materials, water conservation and indoor environment quality.
Celebrated around the world not only for architectural triumphs but also for masterful interior designs, Robert A.M. Stern imparts a graceful postmodern style to The Clarendon interiors. Artfully blending a traditional New England aesthetic with contemporary details and finishes, the graciously appointed one, two, and three bedroom residences achieve a balance of classic and modern. Oversized windows allow for ample light to fill the residences and highlight captivating views of the Boston skyline.
Amenities:
The Clarendon offers unprecedented amenities assuring the comfort of residents, including a parking garage – a true luxury in the Back Bay. The private fitness center featuring Fitness Lifestyle by Equinox is ideal for a convenient work out just outside your own front door. The exclusive Clarendon Clubroom with adjacent landscaped terrace offers residents a relaxed and elegant atmosphere perfect for hosting private parties catered by the on-premises signature restaurant. The Children’s Playroom is the ultimate convenience for residents, and a wonderful retreat for the kids. The Assouline Culture Lounge with an adjacent meeting room is an extension of the Assouline brand which features wall-to-wall book arrangements and custom designed furniture offering residents a repertoire of art, style, fashion and design books at home. The Clarendon presents the "The Way to Live."
Location:
Just two blocks to Newbury Street, in the heart of the Back Bay and steps to the South End, The Clarendon is centrally located in between two neighborhoods rich in cultural venues, gourmet dining, boutique shopping and an eclectic array of contemporary and traditional art galleries. Home to landmarks such as the Boston Common, Copley Square, The Esplanade and Hatchshell, the Hancock Building, the Boston Public Library and Trinity Church, the Back Bay area has been considered one of Boston's most upscale neighborhoods. Quaint tree-lined sidewalks bustle with shoppers, as Victorian brownstones and high-rises showcase both traditional and contemporary architecture. Just minutes away are Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts and Symphony Hall.
